We build the infrastructure you get to keep.

INWYT Innovate Labs is a small Michigan engineering studio. We design and build blockchain infrastructure, custom compute hardware, and the internal software that keeps an owner-operated business running — then we hand you every key, file, and password.

01 / Capability What we do

Six lanes. One standard.

Every engagement ends the same way: working systems, written documentation, and full ownership transferred to you.

Service 01

Blockchain & node infrastructure

Self-custodied nodes and mining pipelines you actually control.

  • Full-node deployment, sync hardening, and monitoring
  • Block-template pipelines and telemetry over your own node
  • Solo and pooled architecture planning, honestly compared
  • Wallet key custody, backup drills, and recovery runbooks
Service 02

Custom compute & hardware builds

Workstations and compute rigs specified for the job, not the spec sheet.

  • GPU workstation and compute-node builds
  • Power budgeting, PSU selection, and thermal planning
  • Chassis migrations, retrofits, and airflow rework
  • Burn-in testing with documented stability results
Service 03

Software engineering & automation

The internal tools that replace the spreadsheet nobody wants to maintain.

  • Python and JavaScript tooling, CLIs, and services
  • Data pipelines, scheduled jobs, and reporting
  • Internal dashboards and operational visibility
  • Legacy script rescue and documentation
Service 04

Applied AI integration

Assistants wired into your real documents and workflows, with guardrails.

  • Retrieval over your own files, not a public model's guesswork
  • Drafting, summarizing, and triage workflows
  • Cost controls, logging, and human review checkpoints
  • Clear boundaries on what the system may and may not decide
Service 05

Web presence & technical build-out

Fast, accessible, standards-compliant sites you can edit yourself.

  • Static and WordPress builds with clean, portable markup
  • Core Web Vitals, structured data, and technical SEO
  • Accessibility and consent tooling built in from the start
  • Migration off page builders you have outgrown
Service 06

Diagnostics & second opinion

A fixed-fee teardown when a build, rig, or repo has stalled.

  • Root-cause investigation with a written findings report
  • Power, grounding, and hardware fault isolation
  • Code and architecture review with a prioritized fix list
  • Straight answer on repair versus replace
02 / Method Why owners hire us

Most technical work fails on handoff, not on build.

The system works, then the contractor disappears with the admin account. We structure every engagement so the opposite is true.

Problem

You cannot audit what you cannot read

Vendors hand over dashboards instead of documentation. When something breaks at 2am, nobody on your side knows where to look, and the only person who does is asleep or gone.

Our answer

A written runbook per system

Plain-language operating notes, credentials inventory, recovery steps, and a labeled diagram. Written for the owner, not for the next engineer.

Problem

Estimates that move after you commit

Hourly billing rewards slow work and punishes clear scoping. Budgets drift, and the awkward conversation always lands on you.

Our answer

Fixed scope, fixed fee, written first

You approve a blueprint with deliverables and a price before any build begins. Scope changes get their own quote. No surprise invoices.

Problem

Claims without measurements

"Faster," "optimized," "enterprise-grade." None of it is falsifiable, which is exactly why it gets said.

Our answer

Benchmarks you can re-run

Before and after numbers, the command used to produce them, and the hardware they ran on. Verify our work without taking our word for it.

03 / Constraints Core values

Six rules we will not trade away for a contract.

These are operating constraints, not marketing lines. If a project requires breaking one, we say no and tell you why.

Value 01

Ownership, not rental

You leave with the source code, the keys, the credentials, and the documentation. No hostage accounts, no license that expires the day you stop paying us.

Value 02

Show the work

Every engagement has a written build log in plain language. You can read what changed, why it changed, and what it cost — without being an engineer.

Value 03

Measure before claiming

Throughput, latency, thermals, and power draw get benchmarked and published to you. We would rather show a number than use an adjective.

Value 04

Repairable by design

Hardware gets standard parts and labeled cabling. Software gets readable code and boring dependencies. Both should outlive our involvement.

Value 05

Deliver early, not just on time

A deadline met on the last hour is a deadline that had no slack. We build schedules with room and aim to hand off ahead of the date.

Value 06

Security is the floor, not the upsell

Least privilege, offline key custody, tested backups, and patched dependencies are included in the base price. They are not a premium tier.

Tell us what is stuck.

Send the problem in a paragraph. You get a real reply from the person who would do the work — not a sales sequence — within one business day.
